However, Adobe now sells Adobe Creative Cloud for PC as part of an affordable monthly subscription service, which gives users access to a wide variety of Adobe’s products. Adobe offers its portfolio either as an all inclusive price, or if you prefer, you can choose which apps you wish to pay for and leave the rest. Desktop applications included with a Creative Cloud membership are available in both Mac OS and Windows versions. Adobe Spark included to make fast and easy to create graphics, web pages, and video stories anywhere. Adobe Portfolio comes free with any Adobe Creative Cloud plan to create beautifully simple creative portfolio websites. I like the Mac OS and its finder much better than Windows and its Windows Explorer. There are much better shortcuts and automation on the Apple side, and I’m sure there are valid reasons people prefer Windows, but these differences are t. I’d say the Mac Pro is a bit overkill for photography if you don’t shoot tethered frequently with same day turn arounds. My 2017 15” MacBook Pro feels comparable for Photoshop work, but the 7,1 really shines when I have 2 monitors, 3 backups, tethered capture, and exports happening at the same time.

For optimal performance with Creative Cloud apps, we recommend you keep the operating system of your computer or mobile device up to date. For desktop apps, use no earlier than two versions back of Windows or macOS. For mobile apps, use no earlier than the previous version of iOS or two versions back of Android.
